RYS Eligibility ¨       Participation in RYS 16 is open to all college/university students and youth/Ngo workers/Volunteer (aged 18 – 30) ¨       Applicants must have good English proficiency and an interest in Asian peoples, cultures and issues RYS Sponsor ¨       All applicants should include the name, title and e-mail of a sponsor who can recommend them. ¨       This sponsor should be a teacher, professor, mentor or the leader or staff of your organization. Notification of Acceptance ¨       An official announcement about your acceptance will be made by February 20. ¨       All successful candidates will be asked to confirm their attendance at RYS 2016. Note: Accommodation, Food, Airport and local transport during the RYS are covered by the organizer. There will be a sightseeing and study tour everyday and for participants it is free. However, every international participant has to pay a registration fee at the time of arrival. Registration fee: For SARRC countries: USD 50 For Asia/Africa Region: USD 70 For Europe/America: USD 100 For Nepal delegates fee : USD 20
